Consumable Multipoint Dressing Tools
Consumable Multipoint Dressing tools are normally used as a less expensive alternative to larger single point dressers for straight dressing, usually on larger grinding wheels. Hand set smaller diamonds share the load instead of a larger single diamond.
Selected diamonds graded to suit the grinding wheel grit size, bonded in our special matrix and produced into either a cylindrical or blade form to suit the wheel dimensions and grinding application. We can provide these tools in a variety of shank types or holders, supplied with straight or variable presentation.
Consumable Multipoint Dressing tools are maintenance-free dressers which need replacement only when the diamond content has been fully utilised.
