Diamond Impregnated Agglomerate Dressing Tools
A very popular and cost effective alternative to single point and multipoint dressers for straight dressing and truing external grinding wheels especially where high surface finish tolerances are not crucial.
Selected diamonds graded to suit the grinding wheel grit size, bonded in our special matrix and produced into either a cylindrical or blade form to suit the wheel dimensions and grinding application. We can provide these tools in a variety of shank types or holders, supplied with straight or variable presentation.
Once installed, sharp dressing points are continually exposed as the tool wears, providing a totally maintenance-free dresser which needs replacement only when the diamond content has been fully utilised.
